Requesting service
Submitting a request asks Redwood Garage Door Co. to respond about your garage door needs. It does not book an appointment, guarantee availability, set a binding price, or authorize work. Preferred dates and times are requests until confirmed. Before scheduling, confirm your location, availability, and any diagnostic or visit fee. Approve the scope and total estimate before work begins. Product and labor warranties depend on the work and products selected; request the applicable terms in writing.
Your optional contact permission
The checkbox is unchecked by default. By checking it, you electronically sign and authorize Redwood Garage Door Co. and service providers acting only on its behalf to contact the phone number and email you provide about your request, appointments, services, and offers. This includes automated calls, SMS, email, and artificial, prerecorded, or AI-generated voice, even if your number is on a Do Not Call list. You confirm you are the subscriber or authorized user of the number. This does not authorize unrelated companies to market to you.
Consent is voluntary
Consent is not a condition of purchase or requesting service. We can respond to a service request without enrolling you in automated or promotional communications. Automated contact channels are not necessarily used for every request. Your consent choice and the disclosure shown are included with the request record.
Messages and opting out
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, and delivery depends on the carrier. Reply STOP to texts to opt out or HELP for assistance. You can also withdraw consent during a call, by replying to an email, or by calling 844-449-7060. Use the unsubscribe link in promotional email. We accept reasonable requests to withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not itself cancel an agreed service appointment or work order. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
