Information you provide
When you request service, we collect your service choice, name, phone number, ZIP code, and any email, address, city, preferred date and time, or notes you choose to provide. We also record your optional contact-consent choice, the disclosure version, and when the request was received. Please do not include payment details or other sensitive information in the form.
How we use it
We use your request to respond, check coverage and availability, discuss the work, arrange service, and maintain related business records. Checking the optional consent box allows the additional communications described in our Terms. Leaving it unchecked does not prevent you from requesting service or receiving a personal response about it.
Where requests go
The website processes requests through Cloudflare and emails them to Redwood’s designated business contact mailbox. Our hosting and email providers process this information to operate the service. Authorized people working for Redwood may use the request to respond and arrange service. We do not sell service-request information or share it with unrelated companies for their own marketing.
Campaign information and website operation
If you arrive through an advertising link, campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers may be kept in this tab’s session storage and included with a submitted request so we can understand its source. Personal form fields are not placed in campaign tracking or browser storage. Hosting systems process technical information such as IP addresses and request details for security and delivery. The form uses request limits and a spam check. No third-party advertising pixel or analytics script is currently installed.
Display preferences
If you use accessibility settings, this website saves your selected text size and display choices in your browser’s local storage. These preferences stay on this site and are not shared with a third party. Reset settings removes the saved preferences.
Retention and security
Requests and consent records remain in Redwood’s email records as needed to respond, provide service, handle disputes, and meet applicable requirements. We use HTTPS to protect submission in transit and restrict the destination of lead emails. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask about, correct, or request deletion of your information by calling 844-449-7060. We may need to verify your identity and retain information where necessary for a service agreement or legal obligation. You may withdraw optional contact consent using the methods in our Terms. We will honor privacy rights that apply to your request and jurisdiction.
Children and changes
This service is intended for adults arranging property services. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Updates to this notice will appear here with a revised effective date.
